Our Team
Our team includes experts in planning, teaching, learning strategies, and creating educational contents. The team includes teachers who have long practical experience with learners, as well. It also includes many talented artists, graphic designers, and web designers, as well. All teams cooperate to produce reliable and high-quality educational contents.
He has an experience of 20 years in teaching English Language for primary, intermediate, and secondary school students. He inspired his learners and influenced them. He’s got more than 11-year experience in curriculum design. He leads the operations of planning and designing the educational programs at North Star Realize. He received his B.A. in English Language Arts from Damascus University, Syria (2004), and his M. A. in English language from UMT, Malaysia (2021). He is preparing for PhD at UMT, Malaysia.
Fadi Saad
He has a long experience in teaching, supervision, and training in KSA. He assesses and evaluates the educational resources based on the needs of learners and their environments. He was assigned as a critic to evaluate the educational programs of the elementary level. He participated in many studies and workshops such as: the Students’ Weakness in Grammar, Morphology, and Spelling, & Diagnosing the Common Defects in Reading and Writing of the Elementary School Students. He’s got a Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language – University of Damascus – Syria in 1974.
He is as an educational and administrative consultant. He is a supervisor and a certified trainer. He was the director of the preparatory year program at the University of Shaqra, Saudi Arabia. He creates and reviews educational contents and learning bags. He prepares and presents live broadcast educational programs. He is a trainer of learning difficulties. He received his bachelor’s degree in Arabic and Islamic Studies from Beirut, Lebanon.
Muhammad A. Jarroud
Educational Consultant & Trainer
He has a long experience as a teacher and supervisor. He is an international trainer certified by the French Board, a trainer and a training consultant certified by Stanford University, and a trainer of learning difficulties. The International Friendship Organization nominated him for the International Peace Ambassador.
He’s got a B.A. & M.A. in Arabic Language Arts from Dar Al-Ulum University and Cairo University in Egypt. He also holds an M.B.A in Business Administration and a PhD in Human Development from Stanford University, the USA. In addition, he holds many diplomas in psychological and educational counseling and learning difficulties.
Dr. Ahmad A. M. Abdulwahid
Graphic Design Director
She has a 15-year experience in graphic design. She worked for the Italian organization (AVSI) and many other publishing companies. Since joining North Star Realize Inc., her deep experience inspired her to produce outstanding book designs that help children, especially, to understand the educational contents. She leads the design works team at North Star Realize. She received her B. A. in Fine Arts from Damascus University, Syria, in 2010.
Hiba K. Azar
He has a long experience in the field of Human Resources. He prepares and recommends human resource policies and procedures. He completed many courses related to human resources in the fields of contracting, recruiting, planning, assessing, compensating, and training…etc. Since joining North Star Realize, he has impacted the team efforts by accomplishing related results perfectly. He’s got a B.A. in English Language (1996) from Faculty of Arts & Humanities, University of Aleppo, Syria. He has also an M.A. in Business Administration (2021).
J. S. Halabi
He has over 15 years of experience in IT and educational services. He is a strategic consultant in the areas of new technological product development. He has won many hats in his career as a programmer. His passion is to invent powerful profitable IT products and services for educational purposes. He’s got an experience in Robotics. He’s got his B.S.C in Computer Science in 2010, and his Master’s Degree in Computer Science in 2014 from the Lebanese University.
Fahed Abdel Halim
Marketing Strategist &Customer Success Manager
He has a 5-year experience in Marketing. His Expertise include content creation and marketing campaigns through social media. He is an expert in designing High-Quality Landing Pages. He achieved massive successes in managing clients’ relationships in his earlier experiences.He is completing a Software Development & SEO Program at the University of Toronto, Canada.
